Grimm’s Telephone

The Grimm’s wooden telephone is a simple old fashioned style telephone with a rotary dial for realistic play. Although today there are not too many of this style of phone in use, children are presented with a self-explanatory toy that immediately appeals, and a moving dial to put their finger in and rotate. Pick up the wooden receiver and talk away to mum!

Materials: Alder wood, finished with a non-toxic water based colour stain/nontoxic plant-based oil finish. Cotton string (colours may vary). Size: length 19.5 cm.
