BREAKAGES DURING DELIVERY

On the rare occasion an item may break during the delivery process.  Please ensure you check all your goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit.

Any breakages must be reported immediately – the same or next working day after arrival to [email protected]

We know how heartbreaking it can be to receive a broken item and we want to help but please understand that if you do not report the breakage within 24 hours of receipt will are unable to exchange your goods.  If an item arrives broken, the item will need to be returned to Honeybee Toys and the (same) replacement item will be forwarded to you. Your return postage will be refunded to you for broken items.

Please note Honeybee Toys is not responsible for any breakages that occur once the toy has been played with. 

RETURNS 

Customers who have purchased from Honeybee Toys can return purchases for a replacement item within a reasonable time frame if the item purchased is faulty. Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer.  Please check your goods on arrival for any visible faults and report these immediately with 24 hours of receipt or next working day.  Visible faults where packaging has been removed may void your Warranty.

All approved returns must be returned in original condition within 7 days of approval. All returns must have a Return Authorisation Number. Please email us to obtain this number: • Email: [email protected] • Phone: 61 3 9500 8632 Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your return to be processed.

All new items with visible faults must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Replacements (or refunds when a replacement is not available) will only be processed when the goods are checked. Please ensure items are carefully packed for shipment.

Your return postage will be refunded to you for all faulty goods returned to us in accordance with the above conditions.

Honeybee Toys is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return post.

Please note we do not exchange products for a change of mind, so please choose your products carefully.

Please note, as the majority of our toys are handmade from timber they will often carry marks from the tree from which they were made, have small surface variations such as notches or divets, as well as variations in dye pigments and paint finishes.  This is all part of the unique natural beauty of a handmade toy and we do not offer replacements under these circumstances.

Regarding Music Box purchases

Music boxes are suitable for children over 3.  We do suggest that you teach your child to wind your music box carefully and gently and to not overwind.  When used carefully a music box can offer many years of delight.  Unfortunately we cannot offer replacements for music boxes that stop working due to over winding.
