Lay-by

Are you in Melbourne?  Come and visit our Malvern store.  We have Lay-by available to all in store customers to help you save for that special gift.

Our Lay-by terms are 20% deposit with 8 weeks to pay off the balance with at least one monthly installment.  Please understand we are unable to replace, remove, or add items from or to a Lay-By. If you wish to cancel your Lay-By at any time before it is paid off in full we are happy to provide a refund, less the Lay-By Termination Fee.  The Termination Fee is 20% of the full Lay-by amount.

Honeybee Toys will attempt to contact all customers who fail to pay the balance of their Lay-By by the due date.  If you fail to complete your Lay-by by the due date we will cancel your Lay-by and your items will no longer be held. In the event that you are not contactable or fail to return our calls, it is then the customers responsibility to contact us for a refund of your deposit or installments less our Lay-By Termination Fee.  Our Lay-by Termination fee is 20% of the total value of the Lay-by.

Honeybee Toys Lay-by conditions are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

At this time Honeybee Toys does not offer LAY-BY for online or mail order customers.  Afterpay is an alternative payment method for online orders.
