Grimm's Small Octagon Mosaic Puzzle, 72 pcs

size: diameter 16cm, single blocks 1cm thickness.
Grimm's Spiel & Holz Small Octagon Puzzle 32 triangles.

This Octagon shaped wooden puzzle is the smallest of the Octagon puzzles and contains 32 triangular pieces, 1cm thickness, within a wooden frame. A beautiful way to explore the triangle. So many shapes and forms can be built from these simple building blocks, from small to large triangle, from hexagon to star, what other geometric forms can be created with the triangles? One form provides the basis for so many other forms! Have fun exploring the symmetry of the triangle.

You can also play with pattern building, create and build animals or structures for playing with small cars or whatever play scene you imagine. These small blocks go well with the larger Octagon puzzles as they mirror the shapes but in a different dimension.

72 pieces in a wooden frame.

Materials: lime wood, non-toxic water based colour stain/non-toxic plant based oil finish.
Size: Overall diameter 16cm / single blocks are 1cm thickness.
